Merchandise will be accepted for return within 15 days of purchase from date of shipping. Some exclusions apply.
Sale items and custom pieces are not eligible for return and are considered final sale.
Any return item, please email customer service at stevesclockworks@gmail.com to obtain a return code.
Returns must be shipped in original condition, without signs of alteration or wear.
Any item returned damaged will not be eligible for refund.
It is the responsibility of the shipper to insure items returned.
